El Penon de Guatape was formed over 65 million years ago
The Rock is 2,135 meters high ( 7,000 feet ) & has 650 stairs to the top
Half way there......make sure to take in the views
El Penon was first climbed in 1954 by 3 men just using sticks that were fixed against the rock
